All charges have been dropped against Detroit mom Maryanne Godboldo, the woman who was SWAT team raided when Child Protective Services attempted to kidnap her daughter because Maryanne refused to “treat” her with psychiatric medications. An armed standoff ensued, and Maryanne ultimately walked out of her house and was charged with multiple felony counts…………………………In court proceedings yesterday, all charges were dropped against Maryanne. After the decision was rendered, she said, “I was very pleased with what happened today and I’m pleased Judge Giles ruled in the way that he did because justice prevailed.”

The state of Michigan, however, still has custody of her daughter, so this battle is not yet won.

…………………….Godboldo’s court proceedings reveal the details of how the thuggish, criminally-operated state broke the law in its effort to kidnap her daughter………..

…………a scrap of paper by a CPS caseworker who claimed it was some kind of order authorizing the state to use force to take away Godboldo’s daughter…………..

………….”The police met the CPS worker on the street, she hands them a piece of paper that is not officially filed with the county, it has a rubber stamp, and it’s not completely filled out,” said Godboldo’s attorney. The order simply wasn’t valid, in other words. It was just a scrap of paper with no lawful validity behind it. “When you come into someone’s house and you’re taking their child, you have to be lawful,” she explained………..

 Pray this mother’s battle for her daughter to be freed from CPS and their pharmaceutical sponsors. Here is the latest judicial ruling, not so good, http://www.naturalnews.com/033295_parental_neglect_psychiatric_drugs.html

but the battle isn’t over and many people are in her corner. What CPS is doing is monstrous.

Storehouses for the Tithe, Pre Modern Church

Here is a link to some UK tithe barns, I was amazed to see how many there are, it opens up a new history study for me.  http://www.geograph.org.uk/search.php?i=4073893

The imperfect church in this earthly plane has a checkered history as concerns the uses of the tithes and offerings it takes from the membership.

That being said, there has always been much good done in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ because of love originating in belief in Him.

Question for these perilous times, how much of the operating budgets of modern churches should be devoted to preparing storehouses to care for the emergencies coming to our country when our dollar is so devalued that it no longer sustains those poor, aged, or handicapped people, the children and the weak, when the foodstamps and the welfare debit cards cannot fill their grocery carts and stomaches? What about the families holding on by a single week’s paycheck, what happens when those wages cannot keep up with the increases in foodstuffs’ prices? What happens when middle class families lose their jobs or businesses? What happens to well off families who fall? What happens when the average church member becomes hungry, loses their home, can’t pay their power bill to keep warm?

What responsibility does the church have when the government welfare state cuts off the cost of living increases? Isn’t it time for them to stop building programs and begin, at this very late date I might add, to build storehouses and make plans for the depression that is coming?

What good are the expansive sanctuaries and education buildings when the food pantries are over burdened with their own members requests for aid?

Our personal home preparations are lightly toward the future, not allowing ourselves to run out of cooking oil, foodstuffs, soaps, personal items, etc. as we come from rural families who practiced short term preparedness of a seasonal nature. No 3.5 or 7 year supplies in our home, no survivor mentality here, just following;

Proverbs 6:6  King James Version (KJV)

6Go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise:

 7Which having no guide, overseer, or ruler,

8Provideth her meat in the summer, and gathereth her food in the harvest.

9How long wilt thou sleep, O sluggard? when wilt thou arise out of thy sleep?

10Yet a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep:

11So shall thy poverty come as one that travelleth, and thy want as an armed man.

AND

Proverbs 30: 25 The ants are a people not strong, yet they prepare their meat in the summer;

Not too long ago there were church storehouses everywhere as exampled below:

I think we might want to examine some of the few examples of good stewardship when the church was the caretaker of the needy instead of the government now while we have a shortly open window of opportunity to refocus our church missions. Lean times are coming,……….”go to the ant…..”
